CoStar Launches Commercial MLS Product
CoStar Group Inc. has launched the CoStar Commercial MLS, the country’s biggest available collection of researched and verified commercial for-sale property listings. More than 85,000 for-sale listings are searchable via search criteria such as price, asset type, location, age, vacancy, cap rate, and time on market.
CoStar President and CEO Andrew Florance stated, “Unlike Internet bulletin boards, the CoStar Commercial MLS services provide commercial real estate professionals with verified and actionable listings. … With verified listings, brokers and investors are less likely to find distracting duplicate listings, mis-classified properties, or buildings that have already been sold.”
CoStar Commercial MLS is priced at $19.95 a month for the total database of national listings.
