Las Vegas Apartment Market Tightens

The Las Vegas apartment market tightened in October, with the vacancy rate for about 80,000 units dropping to 4.14 percent from 4.47 percent the previous month, said Spence Ballif, senior vice president at CB Richard Ellis. The highest class of apartments reported 3.83 percent vacancy, the middle class was 4.47 percent and the bottom class was 4.01 percent. (Source: www.reviewjournal.com)
