It is really hard to find some land for sale if you want to build your own office building. I am watching the market carefully for the last 3 years, but there is rarely any land available for sale in reasonable location for reasonable price. The prices for office land are now in $15-$25 per sq. foot. Year ago it was about $10 and few years ago even less than that.
