The Oakey Building was sold on January 24th for $22,250,000 to Trans-Aero Land & Development Company. The building, a 98,000 square foot, four-story, building is currently 100% leased by the Las Vegas Police Department, which intends to fully occupy the property by 2007.
The building was originally constructed in 1989 for the Internal Revenue Service and has numerous amenities such as a high-tech security system, a computer room with pressurized floors, and fiber optics.
