LV Projects Breaking Ground
LV Business Press - Investment Equity Development has broken ground on a $6 million, 20,000-square-foot office complex at Buffalo Drive and Cheyenne Avenue in northwest Las Vegas. The North Buffalo Business Center consists of two single-story buildings with space divisible from 2,500 to 10,000 square feet. The project is scheduled to finish this summer.
Christopher Commercial has broken ground on an $85 million, 100-unit condominium complex at the southwest corner of I-215 and W. Charleston Boulevard. The 4.5-acre project called C2 Lofts consists of two five-story buildings in the Summerlin master-planned community. Units range from 1,400 to 2,800 square foot in size, priced from the $600,000s to more than $900,000, or $321 per square foot to $429 per square foot. The first building is expected to open in December, followed by the second building in late 2007.
Matt Construction broke ground on a two-story, 36,000-square-foot office building for Thomas & Mack Development Group in the Las Vegas Tech Center at Buffalo and Smoke Ranch roads. The $3 million concrete tilt-up building is expected to finish in September.
