Christopher Commercial has broken ground on an $85 million, 100-unit condominium complex at the southwest corner of I-215 and W. Charleston Boulevard. The 4.5-acre project called C2 Lofts consists of two five-story buildings in the Summerlin master-planned community. Units range from 1,400 to 2,800 square foot in size, priced from the $600,000s to more than $900,000, or $321 per square foot to $429 per square foot. The first building is expected to open in December, followed by the second building in late 2007.
