LV Business Press - Investment Equity Development has broken ground on a $6 million, 20,000-square-foot office complex at Buffalo Drive and Cheyenne Avenue in northwest Las Vegas. The North Buffalo Business Center consists of two single-story buildings with space divisible from 2,500 to 10,000 square feet. The project is scheduled to finish this summer.
