FAA satisfied with Sierra Vista Redesign
The resdesigned Sierra Vista project has received the approval from the FAA to move forward. The redesign still consists of 1,000 units and 105,000 square feet of retail space. However instead of two large towers, there are now four shorter buildings. The plans call for a complex built on top of and around a six-story parking structure. Three of the four buildings will be about 40 stories tall, the fourth about 36 stories tall.
Most deposits for reservations under the prior design were previously refunded. However, Langson Development is offering to credit returning would-be buyers up to $10,000 on a new unit. Reservations are expected to begin when the sales office opens next month.
