Hard Rock Cuts Off Expansion Plans

Expansion at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino has been canceled amidst rumors that the owner is in negotiations to sell the property. Deposits taken under the planned expansion will be returned. However, it does not mean that a current expansion could not occur under the new owner. Rumored asking price is said to be approximately $1B.
