Developer Mark Fleming announced plans for a new $2 billion race car-themed hotel-casino-condominium complex called The Extreme Cars and Stars Hotel Casino. The new complex will be located in the town of Beatty, 120 miles north of Las Vegas and will contain four 27-story towers containing approx. 2,592 condos, timeshares, and hotel rooms.
Additionally, the design includes space for 75,000 sqf. of retail shops, a 480,700-square-foot hotel, and a 120,000-square-foot casino with a race/sports book, hot rod bar, juice bar, and automotive-themed restaurants. The complex, when completed, will also offer 108 car condos with full garages areas and overhead loft space for sale, priced from $250,000 to $1 million.
The project may break ground later this year with construction lasting 36 to 48 months. The new development is expected to generate up to 2,500 new jobs for the city of Beatty.
