Stoltz Real Estate Acquires New Real Estate Portfolio
In a joint venture with GoldenTree InSite Partners, Stoltz Real Estate has agreed to acquire a portfolio of office/flex buildings and land parcels they intend to develop in Las Vegas. The joint venture plans to invest about $200 million.
The portfolio will comprise of nine buildings containing approximately 600,000 square feet. Part of the package will also include six vacant land parcels totaling 26 acres, over which more than 500,000 square feet of office space will be developed.
Most of the buildings and land parcels in the portfolio are in the Hughes Airport Center office park. The other buildings and parcels are in Hughes Cheyenne Center in North Las Vegas near the North Las Vegas Airport.
