According to Colliers International, the 2006 office real estate market is off to a solid start, posting a strong first quarter demand for office space nationwide. First quarter office vacancies measured 13.3%, versus 13.5% during the fourth quarter of 2005.

Sun Harbor Budget Suites of Nevada has sold The Suites motel to LA Wilshire Corp. for $89.95M or $321,250 per unit. The three-story, 445,460-square-foot, 10-building motel sits on 19 acres and has 280 units that is rented weekly.
