Gateway LV Receives Final Approval

The LV City Council recently gave its final approval to the Gateway Las Vegas project to move forward. The Gateway Las Vegas will be a 39-story tower that will include 236 condo units, 75 condo-hotel units, and a ground floor devoted to retail establishments.
