LV in 10 to 20 Years

In Business Las Vegas recently interviewed John Restrepo, principal of Restrepo Consulting Group LLC. He has been tracking the Las Vegas Valley’s growth and the nuances of its various real estate markets for almost two decades.
One of the questions asked focused on where he saw LV evolving to in the next 10 to 20 years. In terms of commercial real estate, he said that he expected more projects, both residential and commercial, to continue to go vertical and become more dense. Also expect to see more mid rise office developments and more mixing of office and industrial development.
