Boyd Gaming Purchases Building

The Business Park, Rainbow Sunset Pavillion has over 450,000 square feet of office space and 96,000 square fee of retail space. It also has a new tenant.

Boyd Gaming recently purchased a four-story office building for $26 million at the Pavillion. The 110,000-square-foot office building is the first of three to be completed inside the 25 acre multi-building office park.
