It really doesn’t matter what market do we have. There are always good deals. Not plenty of them, but there are excellent deals coming now and then. I just wish I have more money to purchase more.

Here is a deal I just closed few days ago. These are three lots located just behind our current office.

The three lots make 0.84 acre. Our current lot where our office stands is another 0.4 acre. The total we own is 1.24. At the times when land prices are skyrocketing we got pretty nice deal. The land wasn’t listed and when we approached seller he told us the price we were happy to accept.

Now I am thinking what would be the best use, and what should be build there.
