Las Vegas Outlet Mall to Expand

The owner of the Las Vegas Premium Outlet Mall is planning to expand the mall by at least 20%. Chelsea Property Group will add 100,000 square feet to the current outlet center. The addition will make it one of the biggest in the country. Currently, the mall is 435,000 square feet with 120 stores, many of them high-end retailers such as Armani Exchange, Calvin Klein, Dolce & Gabbana, Guess, Izod, Lacoste and Coach. The design and construction pieces and timetable are yet to be determined.
