Trump Tower Sales Brisk

As usual, when “the Donald” speaks, people listen. A while ago, Trump announced that prices at his Las Vegas hotel-condominium tower project would go up 15 percent on May 1. As a result, sales traffic at the 64-floor tower has increased dramatically.
Just over the last weekend alone, more than $150 million in non-refundable sales were written. To date, they have secured more than $1 billion in sales for just a single Trump tower. Not bad for a project that has only finished constructing the 18th floor.
