More Women in Commercial Real Estate
A survey by the Commercial Real Estate Women Network (CREW) found that the number of women involved in the commercial side of the real estate business are on the rise. In the last five years, the number of women involved in some form of the commercial real estate field has risen from 32 percent to 36 percent.
The survey also found that 23 percent of the women who responded said they earn between $100,000 and $150,000 while 6 percent earn between $200,000 and $250,000 and 8 percent earn more than $250,000. By comparison, 19 percent of the men earn between $100,000 and $150,000 while 10 percent earn between $200,000 and $250,000 and 34 percent earn more than $250,000.
