Carefree Senior Living is selling nine of its properties to Chicago based developer, Orion Residential of Chicago making this the largest sale to date of multi-family housing in southern Nevada. More than 22-hundred units will change hands for approximately $243M. Orion says it’s not planning any big changes. When completed, this transaction will allow Orion to expand its six-state chain of 11 properties into Nevada.
