Retail Developer Targest North LV
Montecito Cos. announced plans to build Cheyenne Point retail center. The 93,000-square-foot retail center will be anchored by a grocery store on 9 acres at the southeast corner of Cheyenne Avenue and Civic Center Drive. The project cost is expected to cost $21 million.
It would also be the first large-scale commercial retail project in North Las Vegas’ 460-acre northern redevelopment zone formed in 1999. Many hope the project will encourage nearby businesses and homeowners to improve their own properties.
Currently, the retail center is 69% leased. Montecito expects to lease the remaining space once the center opens in early 2007.
