California-based Triple Net Properties, LLC announced the acquisition of a 204,000 square foot Class A office building at 2716 North Tenaya. The property includes a five-story parking structure adjacent to the building and a vacant noncontiguous 1.6 acre frontage pad. Currently, it is 100% leased on a long-term, absolute net basis by Sierra Health Services. The property was purchased from a subsidiary of a publicly traded healthcare REIT.
