First Professional Plaza in Aliante
The first professional plaza to be built in Aliante is well underway and city officials are pleased. The Ann Professional Plaza includes more than 120,000 square feet of office and retail space on a 21-acre site. The $30 million project will be home to dental providers, real estate offices, financial services and a day care center. The first phase of the project is expected to be completed by the end of the summer. The second phase is set for completion by the second quarter of 2007.
While North Las Vegas is considered to be among the fastest growing cities in the U.S., professional and retail space has not kept pace with the growth. City officials believe this to be the first of many projects as there is a lot of underdeveloped land in the North Las Vegas area.
