Silver Nugget, Opera House under contract

The Las Vegas Press is reporting that local real estate investor, Jerry Fine, has reportedly entered into a contract to purchase the Mahoney’s Silver Nugget casino and the adjoining RV park along with the Opera House Saloon & Casino.
Fine’s uncle, Brian Greenspun paid $4.3 million in May for the 7-acres of undeveloped land located behind the Silver Nugget. That property is currently zoned for office space raising speculation as to the future of the Silver Nugget. However, any plans regarding the future of the property are yet unknown.
