Urban-Village Pre-Sales Strong

Developer Centex Destination Properties’ is confident that their latest project known as Urban Village located on the South Strip will continue to build momentum. Last week, they announced that buyers had staked claim to $55 million in units during the initial phase known as The Brownstones. The Brownstones’ planned amenities will include a neighborhood commons, pet play areas, a rose garden, meandering walkways, a bocce ball court, outdoor grills and swimming pools, among other amenities.
With construction starting in May, reservations for 75 percent of the first release had already been converted to contract offers. Future phases will include more brownstones, a condo-hotel, condominiums and retail shops.
