The Las Vegas Premium Outlets has announced that it will expand its current 120-store base to include an additional 30 tenants before the end of 2007. Also planned are two much needed multilevel parking garages. The expansion is expected to add 110,000-square-foot on to the center’s west side. The estimates for the first phase of expansion have come in at $95 million. Roseland, N.J.-based Chelsea and Simon Property Group of Indianapolis have jointly owned the current 435,000 square-foot outdoor shopping center since August 2003. Simon also owns two of the three outlet malls in Southern Nevada.
