Stonemark Realty is currently building Ann Executive Center at 3820 W. Ann Road in North Las Vegas. Once completed, the new building will offer executive suites available for leasing to business owners, with shared user utilities, maintenance, restrooms and conference areas.

Stonemark Realty expects the project to be completed by December 2006 and anticipates having 20 tenants in the new executive suites. Most demand is expected to come from real estate startups, mortgage companies, insurance agents and franchises.
