Las Vegas Commercial Real Estate

Panattoni Development broke ground on a $32 million, 492,500-square-foot industrial complex at the southeast corner of Cheyenne Avenue and Marion Drive in North Las Vegas. The 26-acre Cheyenne Industrial Center will consist of four buildings from 50,000 to 137,500 square feet in size. The project will finish in July 2007. Also being built by TWC Construction is a $9.8 million, 100,000-square-foot medical office facility, at 8560 N. Durango Dr., for Ensemble Real Estate and Universal Health Realty Trust. The four-story, steel-framed structure is scheduled to finish in the third quarter of 2007.
