Office Building of the Year
City Centre Place has won “The Office Building of the Year” or “TOBY” award for office buildings between 100,000 square feet - 250,000 square feet. City Centre Place is a 103,200 square foot six-story class-A high-rise building located in downtown Las Vegas. The property was developed in 2002 and offers several amenities including a bank, cafe and sandwich shop.
The TOBY awards were created in 1985 to salute excellence in the office building industry. Now in its 20th year, the TOBY Award is the most prestigious and comprehensive program of its kind in the commercial real estate industry, recognizing quality in office buildings and awarding excellence in office building management.
