Burnham Real Estate Expands Presence in LV

Burnham Real Estate Oncor International, a provider of commercial real estate services with offices throughout Southern California and Nevada, has announced that it has formed a partnership with Las Vegas-based RL Moore & Associates. Burnham, which also owns the Realty Holdings Group, manages a 2 million sq. ft. commercial real estate portfolio in the Las Vegas region. Additionally, it is the exclusive listing agent for several projects including the Molasky Corporate Center, Bank of America Plaza and Westcliff House. RL Moore & Associates is relocating to the Burnham Real Estate office in Las Vegas and will begin operating under the Burnham name this month.
