Majestic Realty Co. announced that the final phase of the 80-acre Sunset Parkway Business Center is fully leased. Wynn Las Vegas and MGM Mirage both recently signed long-term leases at Sunset Parkway for warehouse and distribution space which will be used to support the development of their Las Vegas Strip projects. Wynn Las Vegas signed a 10-year lease for the entire 133,000-sq.-ft. Building 10 while MGM Mirage signed a 10-year lease for all 110,000-sq.-ft. in Building 8. Space in Building 9 will be leased by F. Rodgers Specialty Contractor, Inc., Nth Degree, and Fisk Electric.
