Vanderhoven Buildings Inc. purchased and plans to occupy Building 8 in the Traverse Pointe Commerce Center. Completed this year, the single-story office building sits on approx. a half-acre and measures 5,500 sq. ft. The purchase prices was $1.01 million, or approximately $185 per square foot.
