Lehigh Nevada Corp. Inc. purchased Building 1 in Patrick Commons. Also completed in 2006, the two-story office building occupies an acre and measures. 8,767 sq. ft. Purchase price was $4.9 million, or approximately $261 per square foot. It sold with a cap rate of 7.1%.
Investor 1201 Arville LLC bought the Harris Printers building, a 13,435-square-foot flex facility for $1.75 million, or roughly $130 per square foot. The facility built in 1970 sits on an acre in the Spring Valley/Enterprise submarket.
