Las Vegas Market Comes in 1st

The annual IRR-Viewpoint produced by Integra Realty Resources ranks U.S. markets with the greatest commercial real estate potential in the coming year. The report focuses on the commercial property sectors, specifically office, retail, industrial and multifamily. In the office, retail and multifamily categories, Las Vegas ranked No. 1.
The report identifies four market cycles: recovery, expansion, hypersupply and recession. In many sectors, Las Vegas has been classified in the recovery stage which is characterized by decreasing vacancy rates, low new construction, moderate absorption and low-to-moderate employment growth.
