The Diablo Industrial Center, a 500,000 square foot industrial park, recently sold for $59.875 million. The buyer, Harsch Investment Properties, owns and operates 130 other properties with a combine market value of $2.5 billion in five states.

Built between 1995 and 1999, the Diablo Industrial Center is a multi-tenant complex consisting of six buildings on 28 acres. Currently, it is 100% occuppied by 32 tenants including MGM Grand Resorts Development and MGM Mirage.
