The Buckley Trust sold the Super Suites motel at 3625 Boulder Highway to the Siegel Group, Inc. for $15 million, or approximately $80,645 per room. Built in 1996, the two-story motel measures 73,135 sq. ft. It is comprised of 186 rooms and is on 10.18 acres of C-2 zoned land. Siegel intends to build an additional 500 units on the land.
