North Las Vegas: $75M retail center planned

The Las Vegas Business Press is reporting that the Juliet Cos. is planning to build a $75 million, 325,000-square-foot power retail center called Deer Springs Crossing in North Las Vegas. The 35-acre complex will consist of 25 buildings.
The first phase which will include a 7.5 acres Kohl’s store is scheduled to open in the third quarter. A second phase, containing 22 buildings, is also planned and should be completed in the second quarter of 2008. Asking rents will range from $2.75 to $3.50 per square foot triple-net.
