Burnham Secures Condo Project

According to a report by GlobeSt.com, the Burnham Real Estate’s retail group has secured the leasing assignments for five condominium projects for a combined 140,000 sf of retail space. The retail components of the five condo projects are designed to provide their residents with immediate access to grocery, dining and boutique shopping.
The listings include Panorama Towers overlooking the Strip, Paxton Walk in the Centennial Hills area, the Juhl and Streamline Towers developments in Downtown, and 17th and Vine in nearby Henderson. The largest of the leasing assignments is 17th & Vine, which includes 60,000 sf of retail space in 10 four-story buildings that house 452 condominiums on the upper floors.
