I am seeing more and more commercial real estate listings with 9% CAP. Comparing to situation about year ago where most of the stuff was 6-7% now I am getting tons of 8-9% listings.

When investors see they can get 5-6% interest rate on saving accounts it would be hard sell to buy real estate with the similar CAP rate.
