MGM’s first condo tower in the City Center, the Mandarian Oriental is already 90% sold after only 14 days of converting reservations into hard contracts. That’s an aggregated price of $600 million.
Still being developed are the penthouse units. In shell condition, the prices will range from $3.7 to $9.1 million and will vary in size from 2,065 sf to 4,259 sf.
In January, MGM had also started taking reservations on two other towers, Vdara Condo Hotel and Veer Towers. The approximately 600 reservations taken for Veer and 700 reservations for Vdara’s are expected to begin converting to hard contracts next month.
