The Los-Angeles based investment entity, High Valley IV LLC, has purchased the office building at 3760 Pecos Mcleod Road for $6.6 million or approximately $222 per sq. ft. There was a 7.3% cap rate at the time of the closing. The seller was SGB Weiner Investments LLC. Built in 1992, the single-story office building totals 29,700 square feet and offers 4.5/1,000 parking and frontage on Pecos Mcleod and Mohave.
