Commercial Ventures Inc. has sold the Villaggio Di Murano Apartments at 9475 W. Tompkins to RK Properties Inc. for $11.52 million, or about $131,000 per unit.

Built in 2004, the complex is a series of 10 separate buildings totaling 88 units and 88,600 square feet. There are 24 one-bedroom units, 48 two-bedroom units and 16 three-bedroom units. The property also features a fitness center, pool, spa, laundry facilities and on-site management.
