Inspirida Going Up
There’s a a 2,000-acre master-planned community going up in the southern foothills of the Las Vegas valley called Inspirida. At buildout, the community will include more than 11,000 homes for an estimated 26,000 residents in seven distinct villages. The project will include roughly 300 acres of recreational land and more than 20 miles of trails for walking and biking.
A consortium of builders and developers including KB Home, Focus Property Group, Toll Brothers, Woodside Homes, Kimball Hill Homes, Pardee Homes, Meritage Homes and Beazer Homes will be involved in the project. To date, KB Home has announced 23 floor plans which will range from 1,375 sf to 4,000 sf with pricing starting in the high $200s. More definitely to come.
