Echelon Place will include 5,000 rooms in five hotels with 140,000 sf of casino space; 4,000-seat and 1,500-seat theaters, to be operated by AEG Live; a 300,000-sf retail promenade; 750,000 sf of meeting and convention space; and 9,000 parking spaces. Additionally, the project plans for 30 dining, nightlife and beverage venues and a 4.5-acre multi-level pool and recreation deck.
