HGH Investments Buys Land in Henderson

A 13.38 acre I-P zoned tract, located at Conestoga St. & US-95 in Henderson, was recently purchased by investor HGH Investments LLC. The industrial tract was purchased for $5.5 million, or approximately $411,000 per acre. The parcel offers 1,705 feet of frontage on US-95. The land also borders a residential subdivision. Neither the buyer nor seller reported brokers involved in the transaction.
