Markets go up and down. It all depends on supply and demand. The most of the money is made if you buy when market is down and sell when it is up. So what is the current place where you can buy low? Check Memphis, Tennessee. Office buildings can be bought for around $30 per sq. foot. That is really very much bellow the replacement cost. I think this is definitively great opportunity for real estate investors.

The only drawback is that it might take long time to get the office building fully occupied. But if you have patience to wait there is a lot of money to be made.
