Pine Park Apts. Sell for $13.75M

Pine Park LLC recently sold the 120-unit Pine Park Apartments at 454 E. Twain Avenue for $13.75M, or approximately $114,583 per unit. The buyer was Arlington 360 Associates LP and Bruton Buckner Associates LP who bought the property after it was only on the market for one week. It will now enter a 14-month long escrow period.
Encompassing 2.3 acres, the 54,000 sq. ft., three building multi-family complex contains one-bed/one-bath apartments. The amenities include air conditioning, laundry facilities and a pool.
