Tropicana Exec. Ctr. Changes Hands

The Argo Corp has sold the Tropicana Executive Center for $15.6 million. The 100,532-sf , 15-building small suite development was sold to Koll/PER, a joint venture of Koll Co. and the Public Employee Retirement System of Idaho.
Thirteen of the fifteen buildings were originally built in 1978. The remaining two were constructed in 1998. The complex covers 8.5 acres and is located at East Tropicana Avenue and Tamarus Street, two miles east of the Strip. The property has 52 suites and at the time of sale was 95% leased.
