Business Bank Bldg. Sells for $8M

California-based Triple Net Properties has sold the Business Bank of Nevada Building for $8 million. The original purchase price by Triple Net Properties in 2003 was $5.7M.
The two-story, 26,545-sf office building was sold to the Buckley Trust on behalf of a group of tenant-in-common investors. The development group includes former bank board members.
The building is currently 100% leased. Business Bank, which recently merged with City National Bank occupies 75% of the space.
