LV-based Gemstone Development expects to break ground by the end of June on its project, Manhattan West. The development is a $330-million mixed-use project with 700 condos, 150,000 sf. of office space and 50,000 sf. of retail. If all goes according to plan, it is expected to finish in mid-2008.
Manhattan West will be anchored by a nine-story tower containing 74 luxury residences. Other amenities will include convenience retail shops, a barbecue pavilion, a performance amphitheater, resort-style pool, clubhouse, top-floor lounge and roof deck.
