Big Box Solutions LLC has sold the 16,570 sq. ft. Magnum Corporate Center for $2.62M, or $158 per square foot, in an owner/user sale. The facility located at 7511 Eastgate Road in Henderson was purchased by Four G Enterprises LLC.
The single-story office building built in 2005 sits on 1.07 acres and features 6,000 square feet of office, mezzanine, landscaping, one grade-level door and two dock highs, sprinklers and potential for a fenced storage yard.
